Upon logging in the first time, your username will most likely be your first and last name.  If that doesn’t work, try your first initial and last name.  If both username formats are incorrect, you will need to send an email to Janine Winters:  JWinters@ascenthq.com to receive the correct username.

After you have entered your correct username, you will need to input the password: Ascent1. After clicking the login button, you will be prompted to change your password to something you select. Your new password must be at least 7 characters in length.
